Frequently asked questions

Do you track my flight?

Yes. Give us your flight number at checkout and dispatch monitors it. If you land early or late your chauffeur moves with you — no extra charge for the wait.

What if my party has a lot of luggage?

Tell us the real bag count at step 6. The system only shows vehicles that physically fit your passengers and your luggage, so you never arrive to a car that is too small.

Are child seats included?

Yes, infant, toddler and booster seats are complimentary. Add how many you need during booking so the chauffeur installs them before pickup.

Can I pay a deposit and settle later?

Yes. Choose the deposit option at checkout and pay the balance to your chauffeur. The exact split is shown before you confirm.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund more than 48 hours before pickup, 50% between 24 and 48 hours, no refund inside 24 hours.
